Futong Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Taizhou Futong Chemical Co., Ltd. and renamed Futong Chemical Co., Ltd. in August 2012) was originally founded in October 2004 and is an investment invitation enterprise in Gaogang District. The company is located in Gaoyong Chemical Industry Park, Gaogang District, adjacent to the Yangtze River a natural golden waterway, 2km away from Yanjiang Highway in the west, 1 km from Jiangping Road in the east and 4 km away from the nearest entrance of the Ningtong Expressway, enjoying rather convenient transportation. The company mainly produces raw materials of phosphorus trichloride and phosphorus oxychloride. It passed the certification of ISO9000 Quality Management System in 2006; obtained the special permit to produce monitored chemicals on April 26, 2007; and has successively obtained the titles of Jiangsu AAA grade Credit Enterprise, Jiangsu Quality Trustworthy Enterprise and Advanced Unit in Standardization Work in the National Chlor alkali Industry. On the premise of Safety First, Quality First and in the tenet of People Oriented, Scientific Management, the company follows various environmental protection and safety inspection system, has all its products reach the qualified and even excellent standard in each annual inspection and truly realizes safe and harmonious development. Currently, the company covers an area of 200 mu and has a staff of over 170 people, including over 30 intermediate and senior engineers and technicians and 62 college degree or higher degree holders.
