Fusion Fabricators Private Limited It gives us great pleasure in introducing ?Fusion Fabricators Private Limited? as a company capable of doing Fabrication and Machining work to your needs and satisfaction. It is a manufacturing unit set up to cater to the medium and heavy engineering industry and cater to domestic requirements like grills, gates, fencing and other structural work. Major activities carried out are Fabrication and conventional machining. The infrastructure built up inside the shop measuring 2000 sq.ft. adheres to all the safety norms including workmen safety and occupational health. Following are the machines and equipment installed till date. * MIG / MAG welding machine 400 Amps. (Panasonic make) ? 2 Nos. * Center Lathe (9 ft. long, 550 mm dia.) * Universal Milling (Vertical & Horizontal milling) * Radial Drill (63 mm dia.) * Thakoor Make Pillar Drill (25 mm dia) * Hydraulic Press (100 Tons) * Profile Cutting Machine (Capacity 150 mm thickness and 2 mt dia) * Over Head Crane (SWL ? 2 Tons) * Over Head Crane (SWL ? 3 Tons) * Mono rail Crane (SWL ? 2 Tons) In addition to these machines we have also developed outside facilities for Boring and CNC turning and CNC machining work. Our installed capacity of production is 30 Tons. Our workforce includes 10 skilled laborers & 4 nos. multiskilled workmen. We also have contract laborers as and when required for on-site work.
