I am a holistic physical therapist with 20 years of experience. My focus is on helping people with chronic pain improve their well-being and achieve relief from their pain. I use natural and effective healing tools – mechanically based exercise and manipulation, energetically based bodywork, Yoga, optimal nutrition, and energy medicine – a full spectrum of wellness and therapies. There is an alternative to pain meds, injections, and surgery for chronic pain! I have a mobile concierge practice.
