I am head of the Commercial Litigation Department and a Partner at Fruhman Davies Livingstones. I am also a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
I read law at Leeds University and after qualifying in 1987 I joined Pannone’s and was appointed a Partner in 1990. I joined Fruhman Davies Livingstones in 1992 as a Partner to head up the Commercial Litigation Department.
I have specialised in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency since I qualified as a solicitor, and I have acted for a diverse client base of corporate and commercial clients including private, public and international companies.
My experience covers the whole spectrum of Commercial Litigation including litigation in the Court of Appeal, House of Lords, Arbitration and Mediation Proceedings.
My firm's client base includes many of the regions most financially successful entrepreneurs and our approach is to empathize with the needs and demands required by corporate and commercial clients in todays business environment.
I specialise in providing commercial solutions to legal problems, and I have been told that I have a strong reputation my Rottweiler approach to contested litigation.
