Frolific was founded on the belief that the purpose of education is not to prepare children for a destination. But to prepare them for their journey. So they can thrive - In whatever they choose to do in their lives. The ability to thrive does not come with a degree or a title alone. It comes with: 1. The ability to exceed your potential despite setbacks 2. The ability to build authentic connections 3. The ability to challenge the status quo To this end we have created a leadership program that offers three courses to build Resilience, Communication Skills, and the capacity to innovate, in teens. Course 1: Emotional Intelligence For Leadership: This course teaches techniques to develop grit and resilience in the face of challenges, mistakes, and failures. Course 2: Collaboration For Leadership: This course lays the foundation of effective communication, assertiveness, and relationship management. Course 3: Innovation For Leadership: This course teaches the fundamentals of Critical Thinking, Lateral Thinking, and Design Thinking. The word Frolific is a blend of two words “prolific” and “fun”. It truly represents our space where children become prolific while having fun. Our research has shown that when children are having fun they are open to learning. We provide an unconventional learning environment where the students have the agency and freedom to be themselves, and therefore, intrinsically motivated.
