WHO WE ARE: a 12th ranked UI/UX and web development studio from Belarus, Eastern Europe WHAT IS OUR MISSION: we help EU-based startups and small businesses who look for reliable and quality work on their web-projects built from scratch or being continiously developed. Having solid expertise in UI/UX and PHP-development, we may undertake even separate tasks of this kind for some clients if we see that we can help. WHAT WE DO IN TERMS OF DESIGN: we develop or improve UI/UX for mobile applications. We create websites design, typically for custom web-portals or service-platforms. Perfect UX plays little role when you make a 500$ Wordpress website, but it's a point worth 5000$+ for the design alone when you are a startup and you need to launch your MVP. WHAT WE DO IN TERMS OF DEVELOPMENT: we do small and medium-scaled tasks like custom workflows automation, backend for our or third-party design, upgrading the system architecture of a web-application, integrating it with other products via APIs. Scalable SQL-based solutions, often hosted on AWS, are what we've been doing for the last 5 years, so we know how to build them either. Now we're working solely with PHP + a bunch of latest frontend technologies. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO FREELANCERS: we have established processes and narrow roles specialization. Good processes provide good results. One person can build a boat (hardly), but one person can never build a ship. We are the guys building ships.
