Fresh Fiction Local

A group for romance, mystery, science fiction/fantasy readers and authors in the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan. We organize a monthly tea at a tearoom in the Dallas / Fort Worth metropolitan area, alternating east and west sides, as well as trips to Denton and Duncanville, plus our fabulous Holiday Tea. If you read and love to discuss your books and authors, this is a great group with lively discussion as well as the opportunity to meet in person. In addition to the high tea, we meet on the first Monday of each month in Frisco at a restaurant, the second Tuesday of each month in Irving at a restaurant, the third Wednesday of each month in North Plano (Frisco area) for a book club in a home, and the fourth Thursday of each month in Dallas at a restaurant. At our in-home meeting an author guest either calls-in via telephone or is an in-person guest. Fresh Fiction is a founding sponsor for the annual Readers & 'ritas conference held the second weekend of November in the North Texas area and sponsors the annual Boas and Tiaras Tea the second weekend of June.
