Frederick Indoor Sports Center

The Frederick Indoor Sports Center is mid-Maryland’s premier sports, training and fitness center, offering a state-of-the-art playing environment for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey and flag football. Our 65,000 SF facility is also home to the soccer, lacrosse, flag football, field hockey, and FISCaroos Club babysitting service and ongoing fitness camps, clinics and classes. We offer dodge ball, kick ball and an ever-changing variety of competitive and recreational opportunities for men’s, women’s and co-ed teams of all ages and fitness levels. Patrons can enjoy a light meal in our on-site, family-friendly restaurant, or relax in our Sports Lounge, featuring free, high-speed Internet access and a 10' projection HDTV with generous views of our two, 84’ x 185’ turf fields. At FISC, our mission is simple—to provide a safe and well-organized environment in which children and adults of all ages can enjoy playing sports.
