Fotokiklosi S.A. is a nonprofit e-waste producer responsibility organization which organizes, operates, and controls the alternative Waste management of all kinds of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in Greece. The company was approved by the Greek Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Climate Change in 2009 and today, represents more than 340 producers (manufacturers and importers of electrical and electronic equipment). It is worth noting that Fotokiklosi S.A. is the one and only collection system that has undertaken the recycling of Photovoltaic Panels in Greece. The system coordinates all the stages of WEEE management, which include collection, transportation, and treatment of WEEE or/and their components leading ultimately to the removal of environmentally harmful substances and the reuse of recoverable materials as raw material in the production of new products. We can recycle: Lighting fixtures, appliances & light bulbs up to 98% on waste. Our Network: Fotokiklosi S.A. operates more than 8.400 collection points nationwide, paying particular attention to the hundreds of islands in the country. It is developing its network in local authorities, municipalities, military, retailers, supermarkets, banks, schools, and universities.
