Forno Cultura was founded in 2013 in Toronto to explore cucina de la campagna, country cooking based on the historic traditions of Italy and old-world Europe but situated in Toronto as a Toronto native brand encompassing the rich mosaic of culinary influences of this unique global city. As a proud artisanal production space, our best tools are our hands, our nose, our eyes and most importantly the passion and heart for being a place our community, and our team members call home. Forno Cultura is a spirited place, with an old soul, a young heart, and an undeniable enthusiasm for innovation, learning and development.
