The founder of Foresight Psychology is Graham Norris. He spent almost two decades in Asia as a journalist and marketer, while working on a doctorate exploring the impact of rapid change on knowledge workers in China. He is now an organisational psychologist and qualified coach who specialises in applying the tools of foresight to managing uncertainty.
