Located in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, Folksbier has been brewing traditional European beer styles since 2014. The Folksbier Tasting Room opened in January of 2017 and has become a destination for beer lovers and families alike, with seven rotating tap lines that feature our most fresh selections brewed on premise. Folksbier aims to take the best parts of traditional old world brewing and combine them with new world ingredients, influences and flavors to produce well balanced beer the old fashioned way with precise technological innovation.
