As a tech social enterprise based in Nairobi, Kenya, Flux's mission is to leverage technology to provide equitable access to basic needs, for a quality life for all! We are starting with equitable access to clean water! There is a looming water crisis, the world over! Coupled with aging infrastructure, water utilities in developing economies lose nearly 50% of water from leakages, pilferage, poor metering or corruption. Consequently, only a small fraction of people have access to clean potable water and sanitation and for only a couple of hours a day! Flux empowers developing economies by digitally transforming and providing data-driven water resource management for sustainable access to clean water and sanitation for all. We have developed a system that leverages existing technology to meet the unique needs of developing economies. A system that will change the African narrative and that of many developing economies to one of sustainable access to clean potable water and hygienic sanitation by everyone! A system created by us, for all of us!
