When global teams speak or write to each other in English various challenges need to be overcome: understanding the messages cultural differences varying levels of English knowledge When teams begin to work together to overcome these challenges then the business operations work smoother. My role is to work with business leaders and their teams to recognize these challenges and support people in 1-2-1 bespoke tutoring, or small groups to work smarter together using Business English.
