Flow Inc. is a social enterprise which was founded by Steve Chang, co-founder and Chairman of Trend Micro, Inc. We broke free of the false dichotomy between “it’s a business” or “it’s a charity” by generating income from cloud computing and offering job opportunities to individuals with disabilities. In 2012, we built a team with profession of engineering design and construction practice of Building Information Modeling (BIM). It was a first social enterprise providing BIM professional services to construction and/or architecture design companies. For global corporate clients in the competitive market of O2O and Mobile Commerce, we start from 2016 to provide the one-stop retail solution from front-office sales to back-office operations by combining cloud technology platform, customer relationship management, and innovation in the use of digital marketing techniques to subvert the traditional IT services as well as create remote working opportunities for people with disabilities who want to work and furthermore flipped their lifestyle.
