Flourish is a boutique family law dispute resolution service using mediation, collaborative practices and coaching to resolve any family law dispute. I have created Flourish as I passionately believe that there is a better way to resolve family law issues following separation. After more than 14 years as a lawyer in family law litigation, working with people who were experiencing what is likely to be the most difficult time in their lives, I could see that there was a better, kinder and positive way to resolve disputes. My family law training and experience has lead me to the path of becoming an accredited mediator and also given me the skills to create a collaborative family law and separation coaching practice. I am passionate about coaching and guiding my clients through this difficult time, helping them to thrive and to Flourish. The dispute resolution methods I use, and encourage, are mediation, collaborative legal practice and separation coaching. Not only do these methods allow the parties to resolve their disputes themselves, it is also much quicker than any adversarial system, saves significantly on legal costs and most importantly, encourages them to be friends at the end of this journey.
