Flexoresist Technologies Private Limited FUTOM Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (HTMS-FUTOM) is a Joint venture (JV) company between HTMS NV - Belgium and FUTOM – India. The JV company was formed in January 2011 and the actual production commenced in January 2012. HTMS NV has a cumulative experience of more than 100 years in the sealing business while the Indian partners have a strong experience in aerospace business. Together HTMS-FUTOM was formed mainly to cater the Indian market with High quality metal seals. Metal o-rings, Metal c-rings and spring energised c-rings are the prime products to be catered for the Indian market ranging from Defence to petroleum. Majority of the machines at HTMS-FUTOM are manufactured by HTMS NV- Belgium. The machines have exclusive capabilities to manufacture seals of very high sealing standards unmatched elsewhere.
