Flexicons Limited Flexicons Ltd., a privately held manufacturing concern, was founded in collaboration with Sintered Products Ltd, UK in 1962. The founder, Mr. G. V. Bhatt, was one of the foremost metallurgists of India and an expert in mining technology.  Since its inception, Flexicons Ltd has been a leading manufacturer of precision self-lubricating sintered bushing and parts in the country catering to domestic and export-based markets. The engineering efforts of the company have been advancing the state of the Powder Metallurgy technology for the last four decades. The Indian Standard Specifications for process control and quality management were significantly influenced by the insights gained by the processes implemented at Flexicons Ltd, and the engineers from the company played a key role in defining these standards. Flexicons Ltd manufactures bronze and iron metal based sintered parts at the manufacturing facility in Sachin, Gujarat. The corporate headquarters are located at Sachin with branch offices for sales and support in Mumbai ,Delhi and Ahmedabad. The traveling sales staff is capable of providing services nationwide. An in-house die design and manufacturing facility run by experienced engineering and design staff ensures high quality and timely delivery of custom-made precision parts, giving the company a competitive edge over other similar manufacturers elsewhere in the country. The manufactured products cater to the needs of a variety of industries including automobiles, tractors, pumps, fans, domestic applications, electrical equipments, textile and printing machinery.  Flexicons has been one of the preferred suppliers to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) as well as to the replacement parts market. The product line already includes more than 800 standard bushings and other precision-manufactured parts, which may rapidly be manufactured by order and in bulk. Support is also available for manufacturing custom-designed, high precision, self-lubricating metal parts over a wide range of size and shape specifications.
