Flat Rate Realty Albuquerque provides real savings and full service. For sellers we provide a choice of full service for a listing fee of only 1 1/2 % at closing or an option to pay $495 at the time of listing and 1% at closing. This option does not include a Virtual Tour or a custom home website both of which are included in the first option. Sellers can choose to add these marketing options later for an additional fee if they choose. We offer buyers up to 50% of our commission as a rebate if they find the home they want and we simply represent them in the transaction and manage the inspections and paperwork. If we show them 5 homes or less and they purchase one priced at $150,000 or more they can receive up to 25% of our commission or when buying a home at $250,000 or above.
