De wortels van Flanders brush makers gaan terug naar 1944 toen Omer Hochepied startte met productie van draadborstels in zijn garage.
Izegem was toen al vele jaren de bakermat van de borstelindustrie in België.
78 jaar later is het productiebedrijf in handen van de derde generatie, dat geleid wordt door het echtpaar Christophe Hochepied en Hanne Corteville. Het bedrijf kende de jongste jaren een mooie groei met een verhuis naar de huidige site in 2016 als gevolg.
