Flair Studio

Flair Studio is a young and dynamic interior architecture and design practice that specialises in the design and delivery of bespoke residential and commercial projects. Based in west London, the RIBA chartered practice was founded in 2019 by Federico Schilling, an architect with nearly 20 years of experience in the field. Creative and relationship-oriented, Flair Studio adopts a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to deliver tailor-made, high-quality results for each project, whatever the scale. Being able to assist our Clients through all the RIBA stages from inception through planning, building control, tender process and on site, the Studio has carried out a number of projects throughout the UK. Committed to creating inspiring, quality and cost-effective projects for their Clients, the Studio has staterd bilding up a portfolio of small but refined commercial and residential projects across the UK and internationally.
