Fivenines Consulting is a management consultancy. We specialise in business strategy, business process design, customer service, information and staff management. We help clients make and implement key business decisions involving people, products, information technology and finance. One of our strengths is to encourage creative thinking in a business context. We want to succeed in a competitive marketplace by providing our clients with what they really require, without compromise. Our size gives us the independence and flexibility to do this. Our team provides the expertise. We don’t sell unique services or have the lowest prices. But people keep asking us to help them. So often they say that they want us specifically because they trust us to get the job done and because they like the way we do things. We struggle to put a label on the way we do things. We certainly don’t work from a recipe book. Or sell packaged solutions. We do look at every business problem in its own light, while contributing experience from similar and different challenges to help solve it. Our team comprises a small number of very experienced senior consultants who have many years of experience in making corporate change happen.
