LivFit: We strive to be the best in fitness by incorporating proven methods from all parts of the fitness world into our programming in order to give you the best opportunity to succeed in accomplishing your goals. Our workouts can be scaled to any level to ensure you are comfortable with what you are doing.
Fit4Life: An exercise class for older adults who want to lead active, independent lives with less pain, less fear of falling, and fewer injuries. In each 60-minute class we generally spend about 20-30 minutes on warm up and mobility followed by a different “move at your own pace” workout at each visit.
