Provides strategic HR Consulting for private companies, public companies, Board of Directors, and Private Equity Firms, assessing executive talent, HR capabilities, HR Systems, and Organizational Design to accelerate business performance. Develops comprehensive compensation plans; designs and executes performance management processes, tools, and training; and is a seasoned executive coach to CEO and C-Suite leaders. Works with organizations in designing human capital strategies that align with the organizations’ stated goals and placing the systems in place to ensure the workforce operates at a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Advises on a wide range of issues from creating company policy and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws and reflect the company culture and values to coaching and advising CEO and Board Directors to develop and align on comprehensive compensation plans for key executives and implementation for broader organization. Develops performance management and succession planning systems to drive business results and improve long-term planning for the organization.
