First Psychology Edinburgh

First Psychology Edinburgh is a counselling and psychology centre based in Edinburgh city centre. Our services are provided on a self-referal basis, however we also accept referrals from health professionals, employers and organisations. We offer a range of services including counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), relationship / couples counselling, therapy for children & young people, family therapy, trauma therapy and coaching. We have a variety of practitioners including chartered psychologists, counsellors, CBT therapists and psychological coaches. Our clients include individual men and women, couples, families, groups, children and adolescents. We have two locations in Edinburgh. Our main centre is in the south of the city centre. We also see a small number of clients at our location in the West End of Edinburgh. First Psychology Edinburgh was formerly the Edinburgh Psychology Centre. It is part of First Psychology Scotland, which also has centres in Aberdeen, the Scottish Borders, Dundee, Glasgow, and Inverness.
