Primary PVC granules without impurities are fed into the extruder, melted and mixed with colorants. The mixture under pressure is fed into a die, which has a cutout according to the drawing, and takes the shape of the cutout. The die with the cutout acts as a "nozzle" on the "meat grinder". After passing through the die and taking the required shape, the solidified profile of the required size and shape is fed to the cooling bath, where the products are washed with cold water to maintain tolerances.
