Finger Lakes Fresh is ... Food With a Local Mission! We aggregate local New York State farm fresh products. Value is added through washing, chopping, shredding and packaging at our 18,000-square-foot facility in Groton, NY. Our current retail line includes: -- Wholegrain Tortillas Made with a blend of the highest quality organic grains, grown in New York State -- Empire Apple Chips Made with Empire apples, grown in New York State, and no additives or preservatives Additional items are planned to debut later this year! All products are available for distribution to retail, restaurants, schools, healthcare and food banks through our large network of existing distributors in Upstate New York and the New York City metro area. Finger Lakes Fresh is a division of Challenge Workforce Solutions, a not-for-profit community leader, providing employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers for more than 46 years. We are dedicated to providing consumers with much better access to local food, supporting farm stability and agricultural growth, and have created more than 35 new jobs for people with and without employment barriers in Upstate New York.
