Financelab

FinanceLab is a non-profit, voluntary student organisation covering all major universities and colleges in Denmark with 1,500 registered members. We are the prime point of contact between the financial industry and the academic world. The organisation rests on two pillars: Education and Network.. The first pillar gives students interested in finance the opportunity to sharpen their skill set and increase their knowledge beyond academics. To do this, we offer a range of extracurricular activities, such as courses and lectures with speakers from both the academic and professional world. Since people and relationships are at the core of finance, the second pillar is Network. Each month, we host an Open Member Night where existing and prospective members can discuss current issues and share knowledge. Finally, our Study Trip enables the top-performing students to create a network in London and get the extra edge needed to land an internship within the financial sector. In essence, we ease the transition from being a student to becoming a professional within the financial industry. This is the profile for FinanceLab in Copenhagen.
