Fifth Avenue Advisors LLC (FAA) was formed in New York in September 2007 to provide research, consultancy and investment management services regarding the United States residential real estate market. The company business focuses primarily in providing services to non U.S. real estate investors interested to access market information, investment opportunities and to participate in investments managed by FAA. FAA research capabilities are primarily focused on New York City with access to market information on the major urban areas of the United States including Miami, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Chicago, Washington and Boston.
