Fieldbay was founded by three people who had a sincere desire to provide people with the very best possible care and support. The company has grown from just one elderly care home, into a specialist provider of a range of services for people who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia and long term conditions such as Huntington's disease.
We are committed to continuously improving our services and are proud of our ability to create places that are safe, relaxed and homely and in which well-being and comfort is of prime importance.
With registration for Service Users from 18+, the company is expanding year on year to offer Services to people throughout South Wales, from Carmarthen to Cardiff and beyond - we’re at an exciting stage of our journey.
