At Fetch our first objective with any new project or relationship is to direct the client toward discovering and focusing its true voice and direction. Ultimately, through carefully chosen brand vehicles, we help the client communicate who it is, where it is going, and – most importantly – why it matters.
We employ two basic principles in order to realize these goals. First, we insist that the client work directly with the Fetch principal in guiding all account activity. There is never a “go between,” account manager, sales person or junior designer overseeing projects. Secondly, we do not design for the sake of design. The right design solutions are created - through a partnership between the client and the principal - for the sole purpose of helping achieve the client’s goals.
Our philosophy is, simply put, good design.
