Most of the clients we see are employees whose employers have violated their rights guaranteed by the Fair Employment and Housing Act. This is a law protecting people from discrimination and harassment on the basis of skin color, race, ethnic/national origins, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, and other protected categories. We also represent employees in wage theft cases, refusal to pay overtime, and contract disputes. We also provide consultation in employment and contractual matters.
