Established in 1952, Federal Broach and Machine, has built its business and reputation by offering a complete selection of broaching machines and broach cutting tools targeted at meeting industry demands. Our outstanding relationships with our customers, along with 60 years of experience in the broaching industry, makes our company capable of providing precision, high value-added products and services to our customer now and in the future Since 2021, Federal Broach & Machine Company, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nidec America and serves the automotive, large truck, agricultural and defense industry. Our 83,000 square feet of manufacturing space is modern, clean and features current C.N.C. technology. Our broach machines have been operating in customer plants since 1971. All machines, fixtures, broach holders and broaches are designed on CAD. CAD-CAM and CAD-CAE are used throughout our manufacturing processes to ensure quality products reach our customers.
