As we enter our 20th year in business, it has grown to over 800 employees operating in 19 states and territories and 53 different locations. But so what? Second, we are performance-based, and strongly prefer the performance-based contracts that many contractors fear. But we are confident in who we are and what we do. We are the prime contractor on 95% of our contracts and nearly all are performance-based with fixed-price components, demonstrating our ability to successfully manage complex, performance-driven contracts.
