At Farmgirlfit we foster a lifestyle that includes taking time for regular exercise and good nutritional choices. However, we understand that time is valuable to the modern woman. In an hour or less, members will complete a workout, The Grind (TM), that is functional, creative, and challenging in an energetic, upbeat atmosphere.
The Grinds are coach-led, and different every single day! They are pre-programmed with 4 levels to ensure you always have a challenging, but achievable option. You will leave feeling proud and accomplished, and maybe even pleasantly surprised! You ARE strong. You ARE capable. You CAN do it!
The group dynamic fosters a community that is supportive and encouraging. One that understands we are each on an individual journey, BUT we are not on it alone.
