The FSGA has been at the forefront of legal issues that have existed between fantasy sports and gaming companies and professional leagues and players associations over the rights to player profiles and statistics. The FSGA was the first organization to compile demographic surveys of the fantasy sports and gaming markets and continues to provide free demographic data and research to all of its members.
Through networking and the production of thought-provoking, issue-oriented conferences, the FSGA raises awareness on critical fantasy sports and gaming industry issues. Two annual conferences are held every year which have become the cornerstone of the industry with all major companies in attendance.
With nearly 200 member companies involved in the FSGA, current members include some of the world’s largest sports content/information and service companies as well as smaller companies who would benefit from the extensive reach of the FSGA. In just 35 years, the fantasy sports and gaming industries have grown to a $7 billion+ industry.
