Family Promise Of Irving

Our mission is to help homeless and low-income families with children achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. Support is given to families by providing shelter and meals, and offering assistances in locating employment and affordable housing. While at our Day Center, families work with the Executive Director who assists them in setting and reaching goals that will allow them to move into permanent housing and return to self-sufficiency. Family Promise of Irving, part of a national network founded in 1986 which now has 203 affiliates in 43 states, is a faith-based, non-profit organization.
