Fairtree Hotel Investments, a division of Fairtree Operational Real Estate, was founded in 2011 and is a specialist hotel investment adviser and manager, predominantly focused on hotel investment opportunities in the UK. Through a combination of various active hotel investment strategies, we offer a range of operational real estate investment opportunities based on individual investor risk-return requirements. On behalf of various high-net-worth and institutional investors, we aim to deliver long-term shareholder returns through a combination of capital allocation advisory services and operational management strategies. Since launch, the division has successfully completed over 30 hotel transactions, in excess of £350m in value.
