FAIRFAX COMMUNITY RESOURCES INC. Fairfax Community Resources Inc. is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing person-centered, 24 hour, multidisciplinary residential services to adults living with an intellectual disability. To this end, Fairfax Inc.’s primary focus is identifying the unique needs of each individual and creating a specialized, person – centered plan for the purpose of achieving a meaningful, inclusive life. With over 15 unique living arrangements, Fairfax Inc. supports a variety of individuals in customized accommodations, catering to each persons’ unique needs. OUR MISSION The Mission of Fairfax Community Resources Inc. is to improve the lives of people with intellectual disabilities who are challenged to find services to meet their needs by providing person-centered individualized supports.
