The Fabienne Colas Foundation is a non-profit organisation located in Quebec, which was created by Réal Barnabé, Fabienne Colas and Emile Castonguay.
The Fabienne Colas Foundation is a unique foundation which supports and promotes arts and culture through a variety of events and programs. Ever since its founding in 2006, the foundation has promoted arts in all their forms and has highlighted a diversity of artists from all over the world. The goal of this foundation is to stimulate young generation, as well as to reduce social inequalities and discrimination.
Over the past few years, the foundation created several Festivals in Montreal, Toronto and Port-au-Prince :
-The Montreal International Black Film Festival
-The Toronto Black Film Festival
- Haiti en Folie Festival
- The Quebec film festival in Haiti
Through its philanthropic actions the Foundation is willing to build bridges through the arts.
