We are an Austria-based Family Office with entrepreneurial roots in the technology sector dating back to the early nineties. Acting as a Small-Cap PE and early-stage VC we help ambitious teams and technology ventures achieving their long-term goals. Whether it is incorporating companies, investing in them, operating and supporting them, raising capital for them, leading add-on acquisitions, mergers and exits, we have done it all for more than thirty companies. Along the way we’ve built a deep well of first-hand experience in overcoming the challenges of building and growing a successful business. And we bring an expert network to match the task. Our own journey made us humble and appreciating of the flexibility often needed in complex undertakings in uncertain environments.
