Francois Payard is a third generation French Pastry Chef who has created 3 brands dedicated to making world class pastries, confections and gourmet food.

-FPB (Francois Payard Bakery): A casual and rustic French bakery brand. FPB was one of the first of several collaborative projects between François Payard and restaurateur Marlon Abela of Marlon Abela Restaurant Corporation (MARC). At FPB, guests can enjoy a variety of sweet and savory selections in an inviting, casual setting.
The first FPB was opened in September 2010 on West Houston Street in downtown New York City. A second location of FPB opened in Battery Park City in October of 2012, with a third location opening in May of 2012 in Columbus Circle.
-FPP (Francois Payard Patisserie): FP Patisserie is the luxury high-end brand from Francois Payard, featuring cakes, pastries, tarts, chocolates and confections made from only the finest ingredients.
The Flagship location of FP Patisserie is found on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and is divided into three distinct sections: the pastry shop, the bar and the dining area.
FP Patisserie is located at the Plaza Hotel in the Todd English Food Hall opened in the spring of 2012. In October 2012, FP Patisserie opened on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and is the Flagship location of FP Patisserie. The location is divided into three distinct sections: the pastry shop, the bar and the dining area
-Payard: Is a luxury high-end branch with renowned locations in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Japan and Korea.
Retail items available for purchase throughout FP brand's include Chef Payard’s own chocolates, gourmet coffee, teas and cocoas, artisan jams, homemade chocolate spreads, givrettes, and pastry-scented candles, along with a collection of Chef Payard’s best-selling dessert cookbooks.
