FOLIE is a restaurant and a bar located on Golden Square, where Soho meets Mayfair – we want to reflect both sides of Regent Street!
All day long, our guests are invited to experience a taste of the Riviera, from Marseille to Portofino, through St Tropez and Nice, combined with the dining out spirit of modern London.
Led by Executive Head Chef Christophe Marleix (Hôtel Plaza Athénée; The Dorchester; Annabel’s), the kitchen draws inspiration from all along the French and Italian Mediterranean coastline.
Christophe sources and champions seasonal ingredients from small-scale UK farmers, with fish from day boats in Cornwall and Devon, England’s own Riviera, together with artisanal producers from France and Italy.
Designed by Studio KO, the interiors aim to recreate the sensuality and glamour of the 1960’s and 70’s, with a modern sensibility.
