If the flight was delayed for more than 3 hours or cancelled the passenger has the right to be compensated by the airline. The amount of flight compensation the passenger receives depends on the distance of the flight: Less than 1500km between the airports = 250 Euro More than 1500km but less than 3500km between the airports = 400 Euro More than 3500KM between the airports = 600 Euro
