Our DreamPods are filled 500 kilograms of epsom salt and magnesium in water kept at 34 degrees, roughly surface skin temperature, which ultimately mimics being in a zero gravity environment. Cocooned within our DreamPods, your body becomes weightless and every muscle begins to relax letting your mind calm and enter a relaxed state. Floating is a form of pausing from our busy and over stimulated Kong-crete environment and enter a state of deep mental and physical relaxation. It is also known as floation- REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Technique).. We also operate a DreamPod cold water barrel and run sessions for members and guests.
