FK Senica, or its full name Futbalový klub Senica, is a professional sports club that dates to 1921. The name FK Senica has been used since 2006. FK Senica includes 14 teams or groups with the A-team in the centre, competing in the highest level of Slovak football, the Corgoň liga, and a three-time participant in the UEFA Europa League (2011, 2012 and 2013). The A-team at FK Senica is a professional club with a rich history dating to 1921 when organized football began in Senica. The promotion of FK Senica into the Corgoň liga (2009) began a new era for the club. The driving force of this success continues to be the club's owner Vladimír Levársky, who is also the CEO of OMS. This successful and driven businessman with great charisma has completely revived the club, making it one of the best run clubs in Slovakia.
