Founded in 2003, FC Nordsjaelland is a Danish football club playing in the Superliga. Part of the Right to Dream Group, we have developed a unique approach to player development that builds great human beings, not just great footballers. Using 7 core behaviour traits to build 'character', instilling a sense of purpose in our players, and ensuring that they give-back to their communities, are the central pillars that make us different to the mainstream model of talent development in football, and different to virtually every other football club in the world.
