Fc Neftochimic Bourgas

"FC Neftochimic Bourgas 1962" is an Non-profit association, established with the aim of preserving the history and traditions of the footbal club Neftochimic, founded in 1962. The association was established in 2014 under company case 79/2014 and represents a football club within the meaning of Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Sports Act to the Bulgarian Football Union. It is registered in the register of sports organizations at the Ministry of Youth and Sports under number 155-807. Since its foundation Neftochimic Bourgas relieved itself as a football club aspiring for development. In a short period, from 1962 to 1967, it managed to progress from regional groups to the second tier of football in Bulgaria. FC Neftochimic Bourgas is the most successful football club in Bourgas and the most successful football club in Southeastern Bulgaria. It was the vice-champion of Bulgaria in 1998, holder of the cups of the Professional League for 1996 and 1997, a finalist for the Bulgarian Cup, holder of the cup of the Amateur League and has made a significant contribution to the development of Bulgarian football over a long period of time. In 2024 FC Neftochimic Bourgas will celebrate its 62st anniversary. Given the established structure, ambitions, and traditions that the trademark Neftochimic entails, we will take the necessary actions to make our club once again the leader in the development of football in Burgas and the region. However, our aspirations do not end here. We aim to build a club that focuses positive attention from the public and creates a structure with an image that is not only recognizable but also exemplary, reinforcing the fundamental social values of sports. We believe that with persistent work, based on strong fundamentals, Neftochimic will manage to build a solid ground for future achievements and soon will be back in the professional football, where the people of Bourgas and football supporters from Bulgaria are used to seeing it.
