Fbs Live

FBS Live is a new online forward booking survey and reporting system which has been designed for use by the tourism industry. The developers of FBS Live recognised that whilst many tourist boards collected historical information to measure past performance and gather profiling information on their customers, they did not have a method of predicting future sales, good or bad. This new system allows users to analyse forward booking trends and adjust their marketing activity accordingly by identifying 'problem months' in advance.
