Ezimali

Ezimali is a financial technology platform that provides early access to a portion of earned and unencumbered salaries to employees in Zimbabwe. It is a type of financial product called earned wage access (EWA), which allows employees to access a portion of their wages before their next payday. Ezimali works by connecting with employers' payroll systems. Employees can then create an account on the Ezimali platform and request access to a portion of their wages. Employee's will then be able to request a withdrawal through Ezimali that they can go collect at any Access Forex Branch. Ezimali charges a small fee for its services, which is typically deducted from the amount of money that is transferred to the employee withdrawal request. However, there are no costs to employers. Ezimali is a relatively new product in Zimbabwe, but it is growing in popularity. It can be a helpful way for employees to manage their finances and avoid overdraft fees or payday loans.
